Termimpi sama bapa

Sewaktu saya tidur semalam, mimpi munculnya bapa ku....
Disitu berdiri nya, dari hutan yang tebal.... Hutan mana, entah juga saya terfikir. Tapi pada saat sebegitu yang jarang berlaku, saya teramat gembira. Lalu saya jalan ke arah bapaku dan kami dua berbisu sambil tersenyum. Fikiran saya pada masa itu amat jelas, mukanya yang bulat, berpakaiian kot.....

Baru saya teringat bahawa dia sudah pun meninggal... walaupun sudahpun lama berlalu... saya masih tidak dapat terima bahawa dia telah pun pergi....

Mimipi ini bersambung.... bapaku balik peluk kesemua keluargaku yang tersayang... kakak-kakak ku, abangku dan ibuku... Pada masa itu ayah angkat saya juga berada disitu... Mereka menambat tangan dan senyum... Tiada orang bercakapan pada masa itu.. Semua berbisu sahaja... Saya amat gembira kerana dapat melihat wajahnya lagi dan dapat berpelukkan dengannya...

Mimpi ku berakhir semasa bapaku kata, dengan isyarat tangan bahawa dia harus balik ke hutan dan ingin menyambung ekspedisinya untuk membawa kesenangan untuk kampungnya dan kawasannya... Naiklah dia ke kaki bukit menuju ke arah helikopter yang hancurnya kini nampak baru, seakan-akan tidak pernah pun terhempas... Pada masa itu saya tidak pun berasa sedih, yang saya tahu adalah dia masih berada.... dan masih hidup di hati kita walaupun badan tidak berada...

Saya bangun kerana matahari terbeliak ke arah mataku... kesemua mimpiku terlupa dan saya amat gembira pagi ini... sebaik sahaja lagu "Elvis Presley- Green Green Grass Of Home" bermain dicomputer saya... teringat saya mimpi yang ajaib itu....

Oh Tuhan yang Maha Berkuasa, saya sembah padaMu dan terima kasih pada Mu kerana masih memelihara dan menjaga kami. Saya harap semua saudara ku, kawan kawan ku juga mempunyai ajaib Mu.... Amen...

Chinese New Year With the Club

We organize an event for the Singaporean and Malaysian club in conjunction with the Chinese New Years Celebration....

After the games from 3pm - 6pm we went for Hot Pot... Took the bus while temperature was -14C haha... but we all went in a group so its all good...

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR ALL!!

I can drive...

Finally i can drive legally! hehehe.... i was so nervous during the test because, i was supposed to do a parallel park, but there was so many cars around.. so i told the examiner i cant do it, i have to let the car pass... So he just kept quiet.... so i just do what i had to and park in front of the car.....

And he tried to trick me in an intersection so that i just cut the yellow line hahaha... but i did not... haha... and he purposely made me go to a 40Km/h road and 50Km/hr road and 60Km/hr hahaha but luckily it was SOOO ICY.... i could not follow the speed limit so diligently hehehe....

When we came back.... he was like Park in Lot 14... and i asked him, do i back in? he say no, just heads in..... I was like OMG!! i FAILED!!! :| but than.... he just looked at the paper and said, Congratulation You passed! i was like THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! and he just Uhmmm!!!.....

As i go into the Test Center, people all know that i passed.... cause i was obviously excited and congratulate me hahaha... its like so funny everyone's like so nice to you when you passed....

Anyways... thats that... we went for DimSum to celebrate Lolz... breakfast...

Supposed to go to a different Vietnamese Noodles (Pho') but someone pulled the Bus handle to early so we got off here instead hahaha...

Chicken Wing time

Despite the cold -24C today... we went for the half price chicken wing Tuesday in South Commons hahaha... why?

Cause we are cheap, hungry and mainly a friend drove us there! hahaha....

Its only 29cent per chicken wings....

I took the advantage to play with my camera~ hehehe after some advice from my ex-housemate in Malaysia Mr Tan Theng Wei! who OWN A CANON SLR instead of a NIKON!! hmmp!! hahaha thanks for your tips buddy! haha... Great having nerdish camera talk with you online hahaha!

WE actually ordered 100 chicken wings... some ambitious friend i have.....

The waitress thought we were crazy.... she confirmed our order with a huge glare!...

well we didnt finish it hahaha... cause yea its just ridiculous!

But i did what any asians would do! haha... i packed the left overs in the serviets haha although we werent supposed to pack any home... :| what to do? we are students! geez...

This place is only packed on Tuesday Night....

The quality had gone bad due to good business and i suspect changed in management...
But its still cheap food... its our Breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner of the day hahaha yea Healthy i know...

went home

Went home to get some stuff and it started to snow, so i decided to stay over.... the house was so COLD.... :| so i camped at the fire place....

Heavenly Fattening Krispy Kreme.... 220calories perdonut.... hahaha BUT ITS SOOO GOOD!!!

we went to watch My Bloody Valentine today, which was on 3D!! so it was cool! :D there were 7 of us... the Movie was lousy but the effect was awesome... its as though the killer was killing us too! :D hahaha... anyways.. i am gonna be BUSY this whole WEEK! cause have to plan for the Clubs Hotpot Outing for Chinese New Year...

Campus Cold Sunny Tour

Well, after sending the parents to the airport, came back home to catch on some rest due to lack of sleep haha.... but when i woke up at noon time, the Sun was up... the view of the campus snow was beautiful.... so i decided to go out to take a couple of shot of the University...

Snow covered throughout the campus, locals will be bored with all this pictures, but as for my fellow friends back home, its really fun pictures to look at.... *(cause you dont have to suffer the cold and dryness of the air) hahaha.... but really, if i were to be in Malaysia i would love to see all this pictures hahaha.... Anyways.....

The 3 few pictures is the residential area that i am living in, this is where i have to walk to class everyday! haha with Snow Boots of course!....

I have to walk pass 2 other residential units.... The view is great cause there's still trees around and the path are consistently plowed every morning! so thats great....

You may think all this are easy pictures... what you dont know is that, the temperature at that time was -25C.... it was FREEZING COLD and i couldnt wear gloves to click on the camera... so yea.... nearly gotten frost bites hahaha... people think i was crazy cause it was so cold! no one is walking around taking pictures at this time....

But its a good oppertunity for me cause i can take the picture of nature without anyone ruining the background hahaha... besides my camera is HUGE and people may think i am stalking someone hahaha....

This is the most dangerous path, i did take a picture and mention about it last year! i guess i'll do it every year! hahaha... its slippery and BLACK ICE PRONE! so i always nearly fall here all the time!!! .... sigh.. sometimes when theres a few class at the same time, you can see a Traffic Jam here cause everyone walk so SLOW (carefully) hahaha.....

Now i know why they put an EMERGENCY phone on the path... hahaha.... but what if you fall like far away from the phone!??? yieks..... *touch wood*

The so called river... froze so cant really see..... more like a swamp in the summer... maybe like the Everglade, slow moving river.... or it could be just overspread puddle....

as you can see the wind was strong on that day so Real Feel could be -30C hahaha.....and NO i am not crazy!

People still play Ice Hockey! haha... on a frozen Pond.... -_-" last year i was kidding saying that, why is there a pond there, what if winter come, will it be a skating ring.... but worst its an ice hockey ground... geez hahaha.....

Well, the parents are abandoning me in this cold winter wonderland to freeze as they head of East (South East) to motherland Malaysia where the rainfall and sun keeps shinning....

My room mates and I went to send them off, as one of them drove us all up..... and back... it was 5am...

We went back following the google directions.....

Had some pain in the arse Ticketing counter.... who refuse to cooperate till the supervisor had to take things unto their own hands.....

Beautiful drive home....

It was -30C and we saw some Deers... i went out to take some snow pictures of the campus... gonna post it soon... my hands were LITERALLY frozen red!.... while taking pictures all around the campus....

woo deers.... haha too bad i wasnt carrying my SLR at that time.... this was all taken using the Cybershot! which is also a handy camera to have! hehehe i am not gonna neglect its existance.....

My Baby....

Well had been wanting this baby ever since, why? i dont really know, cause i am just a gadget freak and also i like to take pictures... since i like to take pictures i might as well try to expand my horizons....

Ron read online that there was going to be a money coupon for Henry's for the first 100th customer that enter the shop, however the prize will be distributed at random. The cash voucher range from Can$10 - Can$500.....

As you can see the line was pretty long when the store was just going to open in 30minutes... it was -5C and we all had to stand there and wait for the store to open... Some of them got there like 1hour before... But ended up with a $10 voucher... i feel sorry for them... Thanks Mum and Ron for taking me there and waited there with me!

Both Mum and Ron got a $10 voucher while i got a $25 voucher hehehe....
damn!! i want the big prize!! :(

but we have to use it today anyways...

Had a look at my baby... haha the Nikon D90.. hehe... it usually come with a shorter lense but i just upgraded it so that i dont have to upgrade it in the future...

Its pretty pricey i must admit, but this will be my long term hobby! hopefully more.... :D
Thanks to my Dear sis and uncle back home for Sponsering or spoiled me with money to buy this! :D~ *(Ron wasnt really happy i got it hahaha)* but thanks for you advises on what to purchase though...

My New Year

Auntie Annie and Uncle George cooked some Malaysian Dinner for us! wow... hahaha

and we got some Char Siew and Tofu...

Dinner with them and the neighbour who looked after the house for us! :D

Went for Karaoke Session with My Buddies from Uni and her Friends from other University in Japan and Vancouver.....

We sang Lots and drank so much..... (green tea) hahaha... yeap.. got home at 3am... haha till the place close cause we wanna utilize the place to the max! get what we paid for lolz...

Happy 20th to Me

Flew back from Florida on the 31st December 2008, which is also New Years Eve and my Birthday!!.... had a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Detroit and from Detroit to Toronto....
Along the way i watched "No Reservation" on my Psp and read this book...

To my surprise!! Auntie Jane had prepare a Birthday Surprise for me! awww... so sweet... it was however at 12.30am in the morning! haha really nice of her.. she planned and decorated the whole house... even bought the blower thingy!....
