THE TURKEY!!

Marinade~

Let to sit

STUFFING~

Adrienne made Pecan Tart Pastry

Ready to be BAKED for 5 hours!

PERFECT!!
Dear Anonymous,

I just covered the turkey with Roasted Garlic and Pepper and rub it all over. Placing the some butter in between the skin of the turkey.

Stuffing, i was going for halal and no beef to accommodate Muslim and Hindu friends. So i just added breadcrumbs, cranberries, apricot and celery.

Wrap the turkey with foil, and cook depending on the size of the turkey. At the last 30minutes, remove the aluminum foil exposing the turkey. Voila!

Note: mine took 5 hours to bake on 350F and make sure u use a high tray to collect the oil and make gravy with it later on :)

Gravy: Turkey Oil + add flour till it thickens on the stove.

POTLUCK DINNER! friends came over with other food... we dined and stuff ourself fuller than the turkey!
